World-class diversified gambling entertainment group, Tabcorp, undertook a head office relocation in 2017 that required a comprehensive audio-visual strategy across countless new meeting spaces.
Tabcorp undertook a head office relocation in 2017 which involved moving over 700 staff from their ageing premises at Bowen Crescent to Collins Square, a vibrant new business hub at the southern end of Collins St. A comprehensive audio-visual strategy was architected to improve staff collaboration across a variety of meeting spaces, including:
- Boardrooms
- Agile areas
- Video conferencing
- Huddle rooms
- Multi-purpose rooms

AUDIO-VISUAL SOLUTION
Our aim was to develop an audio-visual solution that support the customer’s overarching Unified Communications strategy, which centred around Skype for Business, flexible working arrangements and a new purpose built modern workplace.
OUR AIM:
IComm designed and supported the Unified Communications solution, including Skype for Business and the Polycom video conferencing platform, whilst Converged Technology provided all of the supporting audio-visual design and integration expertise, and supplied all of the in-room workplace technology to support Tabcorp’s AV strategy.
Over 70 different spaces across 5 floors in the new building at Collins Square were equipped with a range of technology designed to improve the way Tabcorp staff collaborated both internally and externally.
